返品・交換の受付について

初期不良または商品違いの場合のみ、返品・交換をお受けいたします。

初期不良対応の期限は商品到着後7日以内とさせていただきます。

商品は出来る限り到着時に状態の確認をしていただけますようお願いいたします。

返品・交換ご希望の際は必ずメールにてご連絡ください。 ご連絡無く返送等をされた場合には、一切の対応を致しかねます。

以下の場合、商品の返品および交換はお受け出来ませんので予めご了承ください。

・商品到着から8日以上経過した商品・お取り寄せした商品やオーダー品・カスタム品等・お客様のご都合による返品・交換・使用済みの商品・お客様の使用により汚れや傷がついてしまった商品・消耗品及び身に着ける商品・加工や改造がされた商品

返金方法について

• 返品に伴うご返金のお手続きは、弊社にて商品到着が確認出来次第の手続きとなります。
• 金融機関の営業日、時間の都合上、ご返金までにお時間、日数を要する場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
• ご返金の場合は、ご注文時のお支払い方法に関係なく、原則、銀行振込にてご返金をさせていただきます。
• 品質不良、破損以外のお客様のご都合（イメージ違いなど）による返品の場合、送料はお客様にて元払い配送にて、ご手配をお願いいたします。

返送方法について

• 初期不良または商品違いの場合による返品・交換の場合、着払いでご返送ください。
• お客様都合の返品・交換の送料はお客様負担となります。商品は元払いでご返送ください。
• 商品返送の際には、すべての付属品を受け取り時と同じ状態にして返送してください。

尚、輸送中の事故等により商品が破損・故障した状態で届いた場合は、お手数ですがお早目(※)にご連絡ください。

その際、商品および商品の包装(箱・袋)、配送に使用されていた外装箱等は破損の証明に必要ですので処分せずに保管をお願いいたします。

※運送事故のあった場合、当店から運送会社に14日以内に連絡をする必要がございます。

Return and Exchange Policy

We will accept returns or exchanges only in case of initial defects or wrong products.

The time limit for initial defects is within 7 days of receipt of the product.

Please check the condition of the product upon arrival as much as possible.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us by e-mail. We will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges if you send the item back without notifying us.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases

• Products that have been in transit for more than 8 days after arrival
• Products that have been ordered or custom-ordered.
• Returns or exchanges for the customer's own reason
• Products that have been used
• Merchandise that has been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
• Consumable and wearable items
• Processed or customized products

Return shipping method

• Refunds for returned merchandise will be processed as soon as we confirm receipt of the merchandise.
• Please note that it may take a few days to receive your refund due to the business hours of financial 　institutions. Please understand this in advance.・
• Refunds will be made by bank transfer in principle, regardless of the payment method used at the time of 　order.
• In the case of returns due to customer's reasons other than quality defects or damage, please arrange for 　shipping charges to be prepaid by the customer.

Return shipping method

• In the case of returns or exchanges due to initial defects or wrong products, please return the product with 　cash on delivery.
• The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns/exchanges made at the customer's convenience. 　Please send the product back prepaid.
• Please return the product with all accessories in the same condition as when you received it.

If you receive a damaged or malfunctioning product due to an accident during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible (*).

In that case, please keep the product, its packaging (box, bag), and the outer box used for delivery, etc., as they are necessary to prove the damage.

*In the unlikely event of a delivery accident, we must contact the shipping company within 14 days.
